    4 tablespoon Duck or Goose Fat (or Unsalted Butter), melted

    1 - 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

    1 Bulb of Garlic

    Salt and Pepper, for seasoning


    Instructions

    Preheat the Oven 

    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Prepare the Potatoes 

    • Wash and peel the potatoes.

    • Depending on the size of the potatoes, cut them in half or quarters, ensuring they are all about the same size.

    Parboil the Potatoes
