    Ingredients

    For the salad:

    2 cups Fresh Cherries, pitted and halved

    4 cups Fresh Strawberries, quartered

    2 cups Fresh Blueberries

    1 cup Fresh Raspberries

    1 cup Fresh Blackberries

    Zest and juice of an orange or grapefruit

    1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)

    1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
