Ingredients
6 tbsp (90ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp (30ml) raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
1 tsp (5ml) wholegrain mustard (or Dijon mustard)
1 tbsp (15ml) raw honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. (Alternatively, add all the ingredients to a mason jar, seal it with a tight-fitting lid, and give it a good shake until well combined.)

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Taste and adjust with more honey or a squeeze of lemon juice if needed.
