Description
These watermelon feta skewers are a fresh and easy summer appetizer made with juicy watermelon, creamy feta, and fresh herbs. Drizzled with balsamic glaze, they’re perfect for entertaining and ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
12 cubes feta cheese (or use our Marinated Feta)
12 cubes watermelon, cut into 1-2 cm (1/2-3/4 inch) cubes
12 fresh mint or basil leaves
12 small bamboo skewers or cocktail picks
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
Cut the watermelon and feta into evenly sized cubes. Pat the watermelon gently dry with a paper towel.
Thread one cube of watermelon onto each skewer, followed by a folded herb leaf and a cube of feta.
3. Garnish and Serve
Arrange on a platter and drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze just before serving.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. (Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving)

Fridge: Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving.
