Description

Mango pineapple smoothie lovers, this one is bright, tropical, and ready in just 5 minutes. Made with frozen mango, frozen pineapple, fresh banana, and creamy coconut milk, it’s a thick and silky pineapple smoothie recipe that tastes like sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

1 banana, sliced

1-2 tsp (5-10 ml) honey or maple syrup, to taste
1 1/2 cup (250 g / 8.8 oz) frozen mango chunks

1 1/2 cup (150 g / 5.5 oz) frozen pineapple chunks

Instructions

1. Layer the ingredients
Pour the almond milk into the blender first. Add the sliced banana and drizzle in the honey or maple syrup. Top with the frozen mango and pineapple chunks. (This layering order makes blending easier and smoother, even in a standard blender.)

2. Blend until smooth
Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds, or until the smoothie is thick, creamy, and silky.

3. Taste and adjust
Check for sweetness. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a little extra honey or maple syrup and blend again briefly.

4. Serve
Pour into two glasses and enjoy right away. Garnish with fresh fruit, mint or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for a tropical touch, if you like.
