Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
Zest of 2 Lemons
1 cup (250 ml) Water
1 cup (250 ml) Sugar
Instructions
Prep the Lemons

Juice lemons until you have a cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain the pips and pulp from the juice.

Zest 2 lemons.
Make the Simple Syrup

Combine sugar, water and lemon zest in a small saucepan, bring to a boil over medium high heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and simmer for 5 -10 minutes.

Set aside to cool down to room temperature and strain out the lemon zest if you wish.
Make the Lemonade Concentrate

Combine lemon juice with simple syrup and refrigerate or freeze for future use.
To Make Lemonade - Mix the concentrate with 2 - 3 cups (500 - 750ml) of cold water and serve in glasses filled with ice.
