Ingredients

Scale

1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 Lemon (zest and juice)

2 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 tsp Dried Oregano

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

Make the Greek Salad Vinaigrette

1. Add all of the vinaigrette ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until the dressing is emulsified.

2. Pour the vinaigrette into a glass jar, refrigerate until needed.

Notes

Storage: Store in a glass jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Chef’s Tip - Before using the dressing, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to allow the olive oil to liquefy if it solidified in the refrigerator. Then, give the vinaigrette a good shake to re-emulsify the ingredients and ensure a consistent texture and flavor.
