Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 cups Coconut Water or Coconut Milk
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 Banana, quartered
2 1/2 cm (1inch) Fresh Ginger, peeled and chopped
1 cup Frozen Pineapple
1 cup Frozen Mango
Instructions
1. Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender jug.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Divide between two glasses and enjoy!
